Ksp-Broadband
Ksp-Broadband provides low cost Internet access equivalent to BT Broadband or ADSL exclusively to businesses and organisations located within Kent Science Park. Ksp-Broadband was developed to overcome the problem caused by Kent Science Park being out of range of the nearest Broadband-enabled BT exchange.
Ksp-Broadband is low cost because the bandwidth is both contended and asynchronous. However, it provides superior performance to dial-up access, with the all the benefits of a permanent connection at a fixed cost.
Ksp-Broadband provides Internet access for either the single-user or for network environments with no limit on the number of network users. Ksp-Broadband can be provided as a secure service from behind a powerful central firewall or as an open feed if required.
