SotaConnect Novation is a simple and transparent migration service which transfers existing BT leased lines to SotaConnect with immediate savings on annual recurring charges.
Who can benefit?
If you currently have a BT Megastream or BT Kilostream service which is outside the minimum contract term, you could benefit from year on year savings of up to 10%.
How does it work?
The SotaConnect Novation service is totally transparent. You retain exactly the same BT circuits with exactly the same circuit numbers. No down-time and no reconfiguration is required. Only the billing method changes, with a monthly or quarterly direct debit from Sota, at the reduced rate.
Are service levels effected?
SotaConnect Novation does not affect service levels. You will receive exactly the same level of service from BT that you received before the Novation process. The only difference is that support calls are handled by the 24x7 Neos Network Operations Centre which has wholesale access to BT for a faster and more efficient response.
What next?
All that is needed to begin the Novation process is a circuit number and A-end and B-end details for each service. We will complete the Novation forms on your behalf and provide confirmation of the new reduced charges that will apply. We will provide a new SotaConnect contract and a direct debit instruction. The whole process is usually completed within 45 days.
