Co-Location Managed
The SotaConnect Co-Lo Managed service is designed for customers who require a complete co-location solution, including rack space, comprehensive connectivity options, and a portfolio of essential managed services such as server maintenance, back-up management and software support.
Server Maintenance
SotaCover DC Server is a server management and maintenance service for Co-Lo clients who wish to pass full responsibility of their Microsoft environment servers to the SotaConnect technical team. The service encompasses all aspects of server maintenance, including hardware repairs and operating system maintenance, with a guaranteed response time of 2 working hours. Microsoft Exchange Server support is also available.
Back-up Management
SotaCover DC Backup is a backup management service for Co-Lo clients who wish to pass full responsibility for backup routines to the SotaConnect technical team. The service includes daily backup monitoring and media rotation, as well as off-site safe storage of media.
Rack Space
Rack space is provided in 1/4, 1/2 and full rack configurations. All racks are 48U mesh-style and available in a variety of depths up to 1200mm to accommodate most types of equipment.
Power
Power is provided direct to the customer rack, and automatically supported by the central UPS units and backup diesel generator.
Internet Bandwidth
Shared or dedicated Internet bandwidth can be provided direct to the customer’s rack, with or without firewall services. See SotaConnect DC Internet or SotaConnect DC Shared Internet.
Ethernet Services
Direct connections to the Neos National Ethernet network can also be provided direct to the customer’s rack presented as RJ45. See SotaConnect Ethernet Services.
